Start with the included video and the instructions on your paint. Check the age guidance and directions for use on skin before you begin. If you have a question, get in touch.
Do I add the footprints myself?+
Yes. Your plaque is the starting point; your baby’s own footprints make it personal. Paint and a video tutorial are included.
Is engraving included in the price?+
Yes. Add your chosen name and Christmas year when personalising your keepsake. There’s no extra charge for engraving.
Can I order a bundle for grandparents?+
Absolutely. Choose two keepsakes to get the second at 50% off, or choose three and pay for two. Each bundle uses the same engraved name and year.
Does the finished plaque arrive with footprints?+
No—the finished example shows what you can create. You add your baby’s prints at home with the included paint.
Can I choose the Christmas year?+
Yes. Select the year in the personalisation fields. Your engraving follows the year you choose.
